Social Comments Exporter Pro is a browser extension that helps users collect comments that are visible or loaded in their own browser session and export those comments into organized Excel, CSV or TXT files.
The extension is intended for creators, marketers, agencies, researchers and business users who need to organize publicly visible audience feedback, campaign responses, engagement data or comments from supported social media pages.
2. Information the Extension May Access
When the user starts a scan on a supported page, the extension may access visible or loaded page content from the active browser tab. Depending on what is visible on the page, this may include:
- Comment text
- Commenter name, username or display name when visible
- Public profile link when visible
- Comment time, likes or engagement information when visible
- Source page URL and page title
- User-selected comments and export options
- Extension settings, license status and local preferences
The extension does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card numbers, private messages, health data, financial account information or precise location data.
3. How Information Is Used
The information accessed by Social Comments Exporter Pro is used only for the extension's stated functionality:
- Displaying captured comments inside the extension panel
- Allowing the user to review and select comments
- Exporting selected or captured comments to Excel, CSV or TXT files
- Saving user preferences locally in the browser
- Verifying Pro license status when the user chooses to activate a license
- Improving the reliability of user-facing extension features
The extension does not use the accessed data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, profiling unrelated to the extension's purpose, or selling data to third parties.
4. Storage and Exported Files
Captured comments, extension preferences and temporary export data may be stored locally in the user's browser to support extension functionality. Exported files are saved to the user's own device when the user clicks a download option.

5. License Verification
If a user activates Pro features, the extension may send the license key, a device identifier and related license information to the license verification service. This is used only to confirm access, manage Pro features, prevent unauthorized license use and show the user's license status.
License verification does not require the extension to collect payment card details or social media account passwords.
6. Payments
Payments for Pro access may be processed through an external payment provider or payment page. Social Comments Exporter Pro does not collect or store payment card numbers inside the extension.
If the user chooses to purchase a license, payment processing is handled by the payment provider. The extension may store license status after successful activation.
8. Remote Code
All extension code is included in the submitted extension package. Social Comments Exporter Pro does not load or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly code inside the extension.
The extension may communicate with remote services only for data or service purposes such as license verification, payment confirmation, or user-requested support. Remote service communication is not used to load executable extension code.
9. User Control and Data Removal
Users control when the extension scans a page and when exported files are created. Users can remove locally stored extension data by clearing extension storage, uninstalling the extension, or removing exported files from their own device.

10. Children
Social Comments Exporter Pro is not directed to children. The extension is intended for general productivity, reporting and data export use by users who are permitted to access the pages they scan.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension changes, when privacy practices change, or when legal or platform requirements change. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated date.
